posted on Friday, August 18, 2006oof! so much has happened since NDP. exams mainly. my cousins from UK left :(( so sad. time passes so quickly. a few hours before their flight we went over to my grandmother's house to say goodbye. we were all looking at old photos. so funny!! i am officially the baldest baby. haha. but at least i look cute. my sister had A LOT of hair. but we had such a fun time. i wanna go and visit them in England. that would be so great! i was supposed to be studying mathematics. i came back at 6 that day becasue of AEP. so i guess i hardly studied. think i did badly. i lost my locker key yesterday...don't know where it is. i had to call mr rahman to cut the lock. jaime lent me hers cos she doesn't want to use it. phew! that meaens i don't have to bring home all my books. yesterday's training was like...super tiring. mei xia ma'am and alycia ma'am came to teach us footdrill for the bronze accred in september. so excited...i think i'll fail...:( we only have like...1 more training to prepare. yesterday they made us change into FULL U. i could have died running all over the place. but it was quite funny. mei xia ma'am made us do turning drills so many times that i was so dizzy! i almost passed out. then when they asked us to change back Audrey couldn't find her PE shirt! so we all panicked and didn't change. all for one, one for all. so we were late. of course she found her shirt. oh yes, yesterday was ma'am xiao xiang's birthday!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MA'AM!![actually i don't have to call them ma'am any more but i still prefer to] tommorrow is flag day!!!!! all those who see people holding tins for red cross please donate!!! do you know that flag day is the red cross only way of achieving funds, they also use the red cross sharity tickets but how much can that raise?? they have to have a ready pool of funds so they can respond to a disaster asap. and all the money goes straight to the homes and all. none goes to the government or for gold taps or some other crap. they really need the money so if you see someone selling flags, take the initiative to walk up and donate. we're not asking for gold or silver. neither are we asking you to donate $10 or $100 dollars. we're asking you to help someone you don't know and i belive that's a very great deed. and even if you only donate $1 or even $0.50, may GOD bless you. because you have willingly given up something to help someone and i am sure you will be very well rewarded when the time comes. blessed are those who give more, because they will receive more in return!!! i think half of that came from somewhere but i don't know where. so remember!! donate to red cross and i promise it will not go to waste!!!:D:Di gtg for piano now. |
